Thermal cutting of material can in some cases reduce load capacity of dynamic loaded structures. Generally is crack formation in vicinity of cutting edge with thermal cutting process result of thermal cycle. Therefore there is convenient to research load capacity of laser-cutted elements in case that free edges are not more mechanized (grinded) or melted (welded) after cutting. With evaluation of test parameters we will define fatigue model, describing correlation between fatigue parameters and cutting edge quality depending on cutting parameters, sheet quality and thickness."@en .
