Specially designed and customized textile constructions and technologies of (multi)functional treatments, incl. nanofibre and nanosurface structures will be studied to launch new end-products and service solutions related to barrier fabrics for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), filter and technical light-weight barrier textiles. Project work focuss on modern solutions covering combination of customized design and fabric constructions, surface preactivation for embedding of nanofibres and nanolayers, surface functionalization, coating and lamination to achieve totally new properties. Laundry services to increase textile performance and prolong their use to enhance economical and ecological benefits of products will be included.
