"Growth and analysis of thin oxide films based on amorphous Zinc Oxide"@en . "1"^^ . "The goal of this project is optimal interconnection and advantage to take the experimental infrastructure and personal capability of cooperating laboratories in the field of preparation and characterization of thin films based on metal oxides. Project will contribute to acquirement of deeper knowledge and append lacking statements in the field of structural and optical properties of perspective semiconductor materials which the transparent conductive oxides undoubtedly are. Both laboratories have a few years of experience with preparation of thin films of transparent oxides and also modern infrastructure as for deposition as analysis of prepared films. The outgrowth and main goal of submitted project is predominantly the new perspective on selected transparent conductive oxides of amorphous phase deposited in cryogenic temperature which in next step will be annealed at different temperatures and this way transformed to the crystalline phase."@en .
