"The problem of Plastics piping for soil and waste discharge is to harmonize the requirements of material saving and stiffness. Utilizing of new micro and nano fillers is possible to increase the stiffness of the pipes without increase of length weight or even to decrease it. It is possible then to optimize its chemical foaming leading to another decrease of length weight. The results are saving of materials based on the non-renewable resource and their saving at transport. The more lightweight pipe is easier to be manipulated by handwork, so the manpower needs decrease and danger of workers injures or incapacity to work due to manual load transport are minimized. The use of the chemical blowing agents is relatively new for PP and PE piping systems for soil and waste discharge. The endothermic blowing agents must be used for PP and PE unlike of PVC.
