"This project is oriented to research and development of elements useful in the wide range of application in nanometrology, high sensitive measuring devices which test the length, shape and surface deviations. These deviations have origin at the material fabrication in the industry of mechanical engineering and advanced micro technology. During the research of the project the work will be oriented to development of special linear guide ways and precise spindles with new supporting drivers, gears and holders at the same time. Then they will be used for construction of self-controlled testers and production lines. The second part of the project will be oriented to research of precise three-axis translation stages and high sensitive detection method for recognition of industrial and fine surfaces. There is assumption that results of the project will be applied in the branch of micromachining, where the production of micro gear boxes or micro drivers is in the range of hundreds of nanometer."@en . . .
