"*Submitted project is focused on the research and development of manufacturing technique for the production of fully forged flange bottom for nuclear power stations. Except forging technology the research will be also focused on the structure and property studies of used steels. The choice of suitable procedural forging parameters and the structure and forging properties development will be simulated by means of the program FORGE 3D and TT Steel, results of this simulation will be verified on the basis of dynamic material model. Input data for operating forging will be further made more accurate by means of plasticity tests and thermomechanical simulator GLEEBLE. Results will be then verified by means of technological plasticity tests.
