Protection of these surfaces is usual performed by clad-welded coatings or sprayed coatings via nickel alloys. Using of aluminium difussion coatings with a top coat of oxidated nano-particles is completly novel approach to the protection of the boiler surfaces. Moreover this process is economically very convenient. During studying of the technology it is necessary to find out dependence of layer thickness on time and temperature of difussion annealing. Also final modification of the oxidated aluminium layer is very important.
