"Research and development of magnetic EC separators with enhanced efficiency for separating non-ferrous metals from the bulk materials."@en . "0"^^ . . . "This project is focused on development of improved drum magnetic eddy current separator of non-ferromagnetic materials with the high-power ferrite permanent magnets with concentrated magnetic flugs, which higher maximum figures of magnetic flug around magnet poles. The aim is to develope facility which vill have enhanced effectivity of separation of non-ferromagnetic particles from bulk material we are handling even in poor conditions such as increased temperature (up to 100C) and need of high separating rate thanks to use of high-efficient permanent magnets ORMAKON with concentrated magnetic flug. Magnets determined for this separator will be specially developed from excellent magnetic-hard materials Nd-Fe-B or another materials on the base of rare earth. The project is scheduled to 36 months and its preliminary expenses budget is set to cca 9,5 mil. CZK. Calculated payback period is expected up to 5 years after completion of the project and start of the production."@en . .
