"The content of the project Encyclopedia of Czech Theatres (ECT) is in works related to the Czech theatre culture through encyclopedic method, i. e. by means of identification of theatre ensembles which represent the active subjects of theatre creation. ECT comprehends the Czech theatre groups produced theatre performances af all genres. The ECT is conceived as a selective lexicon (cca 300 entries) supplying as as well as possible an entire area of Czech theatre history from the begining of the Revival period. The entries will provide all necessary information and facts, including selective list of literature. The ECT is a component of the more widely conceived encyclopedic project being prepared by the Theatre Institute Prague."@en . . "Czech Theatre Encyclopedia I., Theatre"@en .
