The host systems will be macrocyclic molecules derived especially from calixarene containing a cavity capable to accommodate a smaller molecular guest. Besides a slower motion on the scale of second 3 microsecond, the characterization of nanosecond motion will be emphasized. It will be utilized for mapping of the weak non-covalent interactions between molecular guest and the hostas cavity, which is crucial for optimal design of a supramolecular structure for the required purpose.
