Measurement of flux and composition of cosmic radiation and searches for the astrophysical sources of such high-energy particles are main subjects of the Pierre Auger observatory (AUGER).\u00A0The analysis of atmospheric showers induced by cosmic rays is influenced by many uncertainties. One important uncertainty is the fact, that the reconstruction of measured showers depends on the model used to describe nucleus-nucleus collisions of the impinging cosmic particle with the nucleus of air (NEXUS, SIBYLL, QGSJET,\u00A0 ). The aim of the project is to study the influence of these models to the data reconstruction. Analysis of real showers measured by AUGER experiment is part of the project.
