"The project's topics are methods of the transformer inrush current suppression concerning on transformers for a production technology and a safety separation transformers for a health service. The project is concerned on power transformers from one to tens of kVA. The aim is solution with the minimal start time and the inrush current suppression under level of the nominal transformer current. First step will be finishing of the one-phase soft-start uses the unknowing bipolar method of the transformer energization. The main task is devolution of the bipolar method for one-phase transformers to three-phase transformers. The uninformed bipolar method was discovered by proposer. The solution will be based on the computer model of the three-phase transformer containing the magnetic core hysteresis. The model will be used for the start sequence optimizing similarly as was done in the case of one-phase version. The project output will be publications and a functional prototype.
