"The aim of this project is to develop and to validate some new control algorithms for brushless electric machines (induction machine, synchronous machine with permanent magnets) in traction electric drives designed for ecological city traffic. Especiallyelectic vehicles with a traction accumulator are preffered. The main requirement of the control circuit of the traction inverters in this electric vehicles is the optimization of the efficiency of the system accumulator - inverter - traction motor in a wide range of speed and torque. In the field of the asynchronous drive a modified method of a field-oriented control according to the requirement of the maximum efficiency in the motor and generator regime will be tested. Further a modified method of a direct torque control will be applicated. In the field of the synchronous drive the project will be focused into machines with a harmonic wave of the internal EMF.
