"0"^^ . . . . "Interdisciplinary approach to molecular basis of inherited metabolic disorders (IMD). Genetically based metabolic disorders affect today practically all fields of medicine. Rapid recent development of IMD research at Charles University medical faculties in Prague and Hradec Kr\u00E1lov\u00E9 and at the Institute of Physiology, Academy of Sciences has been enabling high standard pre- and postgraduate education, which attracts increasing number of university students and graduates. Detailed understanding of the pathophysiological consequences and structural changes in IMD can be only achieved by interdisciplinary approach based on employing of perspective molecular disciplines (genomics, molecular biology and genetics, proteomics, bioinformatics, biochemistry, pathology, clinics).
