The project examines a presumption according to which labour market differentiation (usually supposed as its dualization) and its consequences influence not only education demands but also personal ones. Duality fragmentation of labour market is very simple, more detailed analysis is needed to cover the identification of separate components. The processes influence the development of spatial differentiation in the territory. Thus, we take into account a spatial approach.In the past, education was supposed as an answer to a challenge \"\"How to take chances of going upward\"\". In present, education is supposed to be more than an answer to a question \"\"How to protect people from a decline\"\". The project searches a confirmation of this change.
