"Project is concerned with the kinetics, selectivity and product analysis of the oxidation of higher PCB congeners and analogous model polychlorinated monoaromatic hydrocarbons in aqueous media by Fenton reagent. Special attention will be paid to the effects of metal cocatysts and phase transfer agents on reaction course. Data so obtained will be used to describe reaction paths for oxidation of Czech PCB liquids (Delor 103 and Delor 106) as pollutants of aqueous media and soils.
