"Monitoring of bioaffinity interactions in water and in organic solvents using piezoelectric crystals"@en . . "Piezoeletric crystals are the basis for sensors for direct real-time monitoring of bioaffinity interactions in solutions without the necessity of labels. The changes of resonance characteristics resulting from the binding of biomolecules or from the changes of viscosity in the surrounding environment. The aim of the project is to compare several variants of the active measuring methods /determination of the changes of the resonant frequency of an oscillating circuit/ with the newly-developed syst\u00E9m for the passive measurements of the impedance properties of the crystal. The best instrument /with respect to sensitivity, stability and reliability/ will be subsequently used for studies of immunochemical reactions in water and especially in organic solvents and mixed solutions.
