"The electrodeposited composite coatings with submicron - sice particles : Electrodeposited composite coatings have used fine dispersed particles of size above 1 um till now. However, the progress which occurred in the field of very fine loose materialsenables to produce and manipulate materials having grain size on the level of 10 nm. It can lead to a further increase of quality of the electrodeposited protective coatings. Some working places abroad used this opportunity and started investigations inprocesses and properties of the submicron electrodeposited composite coatings. The new process brings some new problems, of course. The electrolyte is more stable, but is virtually passing to colloidal systems, which are controlled, at least partly, bydifferent laws.
