"4866"^^ . . . . "The primarily goal of the proposed project is the development of computational tool for the simulation of processes in early age concrete. The integrated computational system consisting of a 3D - Finite Element/Finite Volume analysis will be based on thermo-chemo-mechanical multiscale model of composite structure of hardening concrete. The model provides solutions for temperature, pore pressure, pore distributions, the stress level and damage of concrete. The model enable to simulate the microstructure development in hardening concrete, heat generation from hydration, heat and moisture transport, short term creep, shrinkage and damage. The tool can be used for design of concrete mix, which produces the concrete with required characteristics.
