"Development of processes for electrodeposition of new generation of deposits - electrodeposited composite coatings (ECC), which protect machine parts against wear.Hardness of electrodeposits deposited by the present electrodeposition processes is not sufficient in many cases, viz. at elevated temperatures. A new type of material arises by combination of non-metallic finely scattered particles having specific properties (high hardness, low friction) with metallic matrix having different properties (conductivity, ductility), which is very wear resistant but not brittle. The new type of materials is able to increase wear resistance (mainly abrasive and adhesive) of extremely attacked machine parts and consequently their life-time. The results can beutilised in the case of pistons, piston rods, cylinders, turbine and turbocompressor blades etc. protection.The presented project does not claim any investment expenditures and requests only low material expenditures as both the applicant and the"@en .
