Nowadays, after initial stormy and successful development GA come to such a state when their further progress is conditioned by repeated study of natural phenomena that have initiated their development. During solving the proposed project, it is supposed to find many points of contact between traditional biological and medical approach to genetics and technical applications utilising genetic principles. It can be regarded for nearly sure that enrichment of genetically oriented computational techniques in the area of individuals' representation - potential solutions of studied problem - will be found. Recent techniques use linear strings or tree structures for representation of genetic information, however biological genetic information is coded by 3D formations of DNA elements.
