It is above all the solution of following problems: a) dispersion properties of transversely isotropic thick plate and orthotropic strip, b) nonstationary stress state of orthotropic thin plate under transverse loading, c) c)numerical and experimental solution of bullet penetration through a thin orthotropicplate, d) development of user interface (environment) of LISA software package inclusive of extension to parallel processing.All the solutions will be carried out by several mutually independent methods. We will take into account the analytical (integraltransforms, separation of variables, eigenfunctions expansion), numerical (FEM and FDM) and experimental (acoustic emission, strain gauge method) approaches.
