"The goal of the project is the realization of the perspective trends in the column chromatography (SFC and HPLC). Room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) will be utilized as stationary phases for study of the selectivity of SFC separations. Also, distribution of selected analytes between the individual phases in the scCO2-RTIL system will be evaluated from their retention. Packed columns of small i.d. (320 mijum and less) allow to reach high separation efficenncy and good compatibility with MS and FID detectors, our goal is to optimize the method of their preparation. The subject of the work is also the evaluation of the sorbent used on the efficiency of SFC separation, influence of residual silanols and suggesting a suitable method for their elimination and the synthesis of the stationary phase. Experinces from this experiments we will try to apply in the synthesis of monolithic capillary columns on the base of modified SiO2, which will be used for SFC and HPLC separations."@en . .
