This process will happen near the laser beam focus if its size is comparable to wavelength of used light. Since the solidifcation takes place only in a region where the optical intensity is sufficient to star two-photon absorption, the details of created structures can be smaller than the used wavelenght. Three-dimensional positioning of laser beam or intersection of more beams will enable creation of more complicated microstructures. We will search for techniques that enable three-dimensional fixationof object during its manufacturing, creation of sub-micrometer details and transport of final structure to other medium.
