Zav\u00E1d\u011Bny budou i perspektivn\u00ED metody velkokapacitn\u00ED produkce monoklon\u00E1ln\u00EDch protil\u00E1tek in vitro (bioreaktory). "Aim of the project is to develop immunodiagnostics for analyses and purification of hormonal substances, preferentially cytokinins, auxins, steroids and abscisic acid. Project will be oriented to development of the following components: (1) syntheses of antigens, (2) syntheses of hormone conjugates with enzymes (alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase), (4) optimalization of ELISA assays and cross-reactivity studies with appropariate structural analogues, (5) preparation of kits, (6) purification of polyclonal antibodies by affinity chromatography (necessary for immunoaffinity chromatography), (7) development of immunocolumns and their characterization, (8) application of ELISA kits and immunocolumns on natural samples. We would also like to introduce high capacity production of monoclonal antibodies by in vitro technologies (bioreactors). After finishing of the project the obtained results and technologie will be transfered to private firms in the Czech Republic via license agreements."@en . "1670"^^ .
