"The aim of the project is complex research of a new method for isolation of target analytes from aqueous matrices by supercritical carbon dioxide, with the main goal to remove organic solvents from these processes. The proposed instrumentation enables a continuous extraction, both in co- and countercurrent mode. The main advantages are the unlimited sample volume and the possibility of full automation, i.e. opertion without staff. The methodological research involves basic groups of aqueous matrices (waters, beverages, aqueous extracts). It includes the determination of the range of extractable analytes, their identification and the development of standard methods, replacing the existing methods based on use of organic solvents."@en .
