"11"^^ . "211"^^ . . . . "11"^^ . "In experiments carried out up to now, the structure of the real photon has been measured in deep inelastic scattering on the photon. At the electron-proton collider HERA the structure of both real and virtual photon can be studied using jets. Investigating transition from photoproduction processes (Q**2 = 0 GeV**2) to deep inelastic scattering on the proton (Q**2>>1 GeV**2) one encounters perturbative as well as non-perturbative aspects of QCD. A processing of new high statistics event samplewith two jets in final state will allow us to enlarge substantially an amount of information on the virtual photon. This will be achieved in part by means of a new subdetector VLQ covering region 0.03 "0"^^ . . "0"^^ . . . "209"^^ .
