"It is intended to investigate (1) relationship of adolescents towards norms, values, and ideals effective in inhibition and self-control of aggression; their cognitive processing and emotional experience with them, with special respect to the existential (spiritual) commitment for the good, traditionally understood as religious, (2) process of self-control of aggressive impulses, experiences and reactions with the help of norms and values. Four types of aggression are to be differentiated: masculine and feminine, in both cases intersexual and izosexual, and corresponding styles of self-control. At first, mostly qualitative methods are to be used: individual as well as group interview, reaction to a model situation, projective methods. Later, hypotheses derived during the first phase are to be tested, mostly by means of group quantitative methods. The output should be - besides scientific reports - a diagnostic battery, and material usable for ethical and sexual education in schools."@en . . . .
