Electroactive covalent adducts of biomacromolecules with these substances will be electrochemically characterized. 2. Interactions of biopolymers with the above mentioned substances will be studied using biopolymer-modified electrodes. 3. Specific interactions of unmodified and modified nucleic acids with proteins (including DNA covalent adduct-specific antibodies, enzymes and protein p53) will be studied.
