Goetz et al. Movement Disorder Society-Sponsored Revision of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS): Scale Presentation and Clinimetric Testing Results. Movement Disorders, 23(15):2129-2170.) which is used to evaluate the severity of an individual's Parkinson's disease symptoms. This instrument contains four parts consisting of non-motor and motor experiences in daily living, a motor examination and an assessment of motor complications which is completed during an interview and physical examination.
