Pokud navrhovatel, statutární orgán navrhovatele nebo člen statutárního orgánu navrhovatele není státním občanem České republiky, musí být výpis z evidence Rejstříku trestů19<>) nahrazen obdobným dokladem státu, jehož je navrhovatel nebo člen statutárního orgánu navrhovatele občanem, jakož i států, ve kterých navrhovatel nebo člen statutárního orgánu navrhovatele pobýval v posledních třech letech nepřetržitě 6 měsíců. Pokud některý z dotčených států takový doklad nevydává, předloží uvedené osoby místo dokladu čestné prohlášení.
