The bank of waterproofing materials was created for the purpose of this project. The samples are based on PVC, recycled PVC and PE, polyolefins and bitumen. Samples were placed in the exposure containers where they are subject to degradation caused by alpha radiation which source is radon and soil bacteria. This paper deals with the ongoing results of mechanical tests and the coefficient of determination diffusion obtained within the project.
