Within The Project on Dietary Exposure to Selected Chemical Substances 37 POPs was monitored. POPs were determined in food samples of the so-called food basked of the Czech population.We analysed 110 samples of foodstuffs per one year. The highest content of POPs was observed in meat products, butter and milk products and fish. The non-fat samples are logically less contamined group for this analytes.
