The new citizen is a ?knowledge worker? - i.e. a human who sells not only thein manual work but mainly, their knowledge - which in practice means that the given human is flexibly adaptable. The main aim of this article is to identify: ?How can we help managers to acquire, share, and develop knowledge which is ne Budování znalostní společnosti vyžaduje kooperaci znalostí, kapitálu, práce a myšlenek jedinců. P. F. Drucker řekl: ?Společnost by měla být založena na znalostech a jejich sdílení?. Úspěch společnosti je tedy založen na lidech s vyšším vzděláním. Hlavním cílem článku je zodpovězení otázky: ?Jak můžeme pomoci manažerům získávat, uchovávat a sdílet znalosti, které jsou nevyhnutné pro jejich práci?.
