The procedure for preparation of submicro particles from biodegradable copolyesther by method of emulsification and solvent evaporation at reduced pressure was investigated. It was found that resulting particle distribution is controlled by homogenization speed and ultrasonification parameters. By the optimization of conditions particles with the diameter about 500 nm were obtained.
