This work is focused on the preparation of monoglycerides of caprylic and palmitic acids by ion-exchanger resin as direct catalyst or as catalyst carrier. The chromium(III) acetate hydroxide has been chosen as catalyst because of its high catalytic efficiency and regioselectivity. The possibility its immobilizatioin on the exchanger surface is studied as well. The main goal is degreasing of residual chromium(III) ions content in final product. Because of toxicity this catalyst has been necessary till this time to remove it from the monoglycerides by use of re-crystalization and former filtration of solid parts. These procedures fall off in case of catalyst immobilization. In all experiments the content of chromium was determinated by the spectrophotometry and atomic absorption spectroscopy. The purity of raw and purified monoglycerides was analysed by thin layer chromatography. Práce je zaměřena na přípravu monoacylglycerolů kyselin kaprylové a palmitové za použití iontoměničů, jako katalyzátorů nebo jako nosičů katalyzátorů. Jsou rovněž studovány možnosti imobilizace na povrchu iontoměničů.
