Vliv jak různých podmínek míchání, tak i složení směsí PVC/plnivo na reologické vlastnosti byl zkoumán. Testované PVC směsi se lišily v použitém plnivu a změkčovadle. Tři typy změkčovadel byly použity; (2-ethylhexyl)ftalát (DOP), dioctyladipát (DOA) a polyester Lankroflex. Dále byly testovány dva komerční typy montmorilonitu, Cloisite Na+ a Cloisite 30B. Závislost viskozity na frekvenci byla zkoumána při třech teplotách; 60°C, 80°C a 100°C. Navíc byl sledován i vliv zpracovatelských podmínek, jako jsou rotační rychlost šneku a zdržný čas v hnětiči, na výše uvedené charakteristiky. The effect of different compounding conditions and various compositions of PVC/filler mixtures were investigated on rheological behaviour. In more detail, tested PVC mixtures were differed in used fillers and plasticizers. Three plasticizers types were used, namely bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DOP), di-octyl adiphate (DOA) and polyester Lankroflex. Further, two commercial types of montmorillonite Cloisite(R) Na+ unmodified and Cloisite(R) 30B modified by ammonium salts were studied as fillers. Dependence of viscosity on frequency was tested for three various temperatures 60 °C, 80 °C and 100 °C. Moreover, the influence of melt processing conditions as rotation speed of the screw and retention time, realized by multiple passing through KO-kneader, was investigated.
