Účelem příspěvku je informace akademické, vědecké a technické komunitě o vydání monografie Bobál et al. (2005) Digital Self-tuning Controllers: Algorithms, Implementation and Applications. Oproti české verzi, která byla vydána v roce 1999, je anglická verze podstatně modifikována. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou doplněny řešenými příklady, výpisy programů identifikačních a řídicích algoritmů v prostředí MATLAB/ SIMULINK a praktickými doporučeními pro seřízení a implementaci jednotlivých typů regulátorů. V závěru kařdé kapitoly jsou uvedeny problémy pro řešení. The purpose of this contribution is to inform the academic, scientific and technical communities about the edition of monograph Bobál et al. (2005) Digital Self-tuning Controllers: Algorithms, Implementation and Applications. Comparison with the Czech version which was edited at 1999 year, the English version was significantly modified. The particular chapters were completed with solved examples, listings of control and identification algorithms in the MATLAB/ SIMULINK environment and tops for tuning and implementing the various controller types.
