Protein crystallography is a complex and experimentally difficult part of science. In this study we show some experimental problems of studying protein crystals. Firstly we discuss growing crystals with the hanging drop method and mechanical fragility of crystals. Then we focus on vitrification of crystals and we describe some of belonging processes.
