The paper describes an experiment in which X-ray radiation was generated by a femtosecond laser focused onto the target. AXUV5 high speed photodiode was used to measure the pulse shape. There were several filters to protect the photodiode from visible radiation and solid particles flying from the target. At the same time we have measured the spectrum via X-Ray spectrometer. We have initially controlled the spark on the target as a function of laser beam power to find the optimal focus. For measuring the X-ray itself we have used several filters in rotating holder, enabling to change the filters without opening the vacuum chamber.
