The influence of a Nuclear Power Plant on the ecosystem, in particular the increase in radioactivity of the manmade radionuclides in the NPP area resulting from its operation, is evaluated by comparison with a zero level of activities (year 2000) and by obtained data trend analysis. By escape of radionuclides (one-time or durative continue long time escape) in connection with NPP operation may be expected the presence of radioceasium in the mixture of fission or activation products. Therefore the radiocaesium detection is fully sufficient for environmental condition monitoring. Trend analysis is used for data analysis annually. A coaxial HPGe detector with samples in geometry of Marinelli containers was used. While the half life of radiocaesium is approaches 30 years, effective half life of Cs137 established from eight years (2000 - 2007) forest top humus gamma spectrometric measurement is around 6 years in average, whereas values on the monitored locations range between 3-12 years. Přítomnost umělých radionuklidů v okolí JE lze prokázat dlouhodobým sledováním hmotnostních koncentrací Cs 137 ve vzorcích bioty. Výsledky gama spektrometrického stanovení hmotnostních koncentrací 137Cs ukazují na jeho efektivní poločas 6 let. Trendová anlýza nepotrvdila nárůst umělých radionuklidů v okolí LETE od roku 2000.
