Cr:ZnSe laserový materiál je perspektivní a efektivní zdroj pro laditelné lasery, které generují záření na vlnové délce v rozsahu od 2 do 3 um. My jsme použili Cr:ZnSe krystal vyrobený Bridgamovou metodou nebo metodou %22floating zone%22. Absorpční spektrum Cr:ZnSe materiálu je široké od 1500 nm do 2000 nm. Jako čerpací zdroje byly použity diodově čerpané Thuliové lasery - Tm:YLF a Tm:YAP lasery generující na vlnové délce 1912 nm a 1980 nm. Cr.ZnSe lasery pracovaly v pulsním režimu s délkou pulsu 10 ms a opakovací frekvencí 10 Hz. Cr:ZnSe laser material is investigated as promissing and effective source of tunable mid-infrared laser radiation with the generated wavelength from 2 up to 3 um. In our project we have utilized bulk Cr:ZnSe crystals produced either by the Bridgman method or by the floating-zone method. The absorption spectrum of the Cr:ZnSe material is wide - from 1500 nm up to 2000 nm. As pump sources we have demonstrated diode pumped Tm-based lasers - Tm:YLF laser and Tm:YAP laser with the generated wavelength 1912 nm and 1980 nm, respectively. The Cr:ZnSe lasers operated in pulsed regime with the pulse duration 10 ms and the repetition-rate 10 Hz.
