The gamma spectrometric method, with very good range of detection, was chosen to determine the presence of natural and manmade radionuclides in the area of Nuclear Power plant Temelin. With the aim to monitor an occurrence of one-time escape or persistent release of fission product into the air, resulting from the operation of nuclear power plant Temelin, two type of monitoring are performed: The air the measurement of samples from the environment ( Schreber moss forest humus, pine bark, mushrooms etc. ) and in situ gamma spectrometry for assessment dosimetry and spectrometry characteristic of photon fields. Metoda gama spektroskopie byly použita pro biomonitoring radionuklidů ve vzorcích životního prostředí z okolí JETE. Cílem bylo monitorovat eventuelní uniky radionuklidů do životního prostředí z JETE. K tomu byly použity dvě metody: Stanovení měrné aktivity radionuklidů ve vzorcích mechu ( Travník Schreiberův), humusu, kůry borovice, hub atd. a in situ gama spektrometrie, s cílem stanovit spektrometrické charakteristiky fotonových polí.
