Článek se věnuje problematice tvorby vysoce detailních MKP modelů pánevní kosti a dvou typů acetabulárních komponent (cementované a necementované). Pro oba modely byl definován kontakt mezi komponentou a pánevní kostí a následně byl model zatížen kvazistatickou silou, odpovídající jednotlivým fázím kroku. MKP model byl využit při určování pole napětí %22,keywords = %22pelvic bone, acetabular component, stress analysis, finite element method The article deals with creating high resolution FE model of pelvic bone and acetabular component (cemented and cementless). The contact between component and pelvic bone was created and the model was loaded by quasi-static joint forces, representing the individual stance phase of gait. The FE model was used to ascertain the contact stress conditions in the underlying subchondral bone.
