In this paper CoCr and CoCrN films were studied. These films were deposited by d.c. and d.c. pulsed magnetron sputtering, substrate temperature (50 °C - 620°C) and bias (0 V-150V). X-ray analysis of coatings was used for a determination of coatings structure and residual stress state in the coatings. Byly studovány tenké vrstvy CoCr a CoCrN deponované d. c. pulzním magnetronem při teplotě substrátu (50 °C - 620°C) a předpětí (0 V-150V). Rentgenová analýza se použila na zjištění struktury povlaků a jejich vnitřního pnutí. In this paper CoCr and CoCrN films were studied.
