PCTgen is application for automated generation of the test cases for application processes of workflows, abstracted as directed graphs. For the generation of the test cases, coverage criteria Test Depth Level (TDL) concept is used, extended by TDL reduction in graph cycles. The main use case of the application is to significantly reduce the test designer’s time needed for manual creation of the process test cases. Besides its practical application for test designers, PCTgen serves as an experimental platform for research in test design techniques and their efficiency, providing feedback from its users and allowing to perform experimental verification of the developed algorithms and methods for process and data consistency testing.
