The paper presents methodology, which provides good segmentation among basal ganglia nucleus structures: Thalamus (Th), Substantia Negra (SNr), Subthalamus (STN) and Globus Pallidus. The measures proved to be able to obtain good discrimination among different basal ganglia nuclei.
