Cílem Eurogene projectu je vytvořit vysoce kvalitní didaktické materiály z oblasti humánní genetiky a tyto materiály sdílet mezi partnery projektu v 8 jazycích. Eurogene portál bude nabízet všechny materiály o požadovaném genetickém tématu svým uživatelům, tedy zejména studentům. Tento článek popisuje vytvoření thesauru pro tento portál a představuje základní zdroje informací, kde Internet hraje důležitou roli a je zdrojem doplňkových materiálů pro portál. Z tohoto důvodu jsme navrhli nástroj pro anotaci webových stránek, který pomůže uživatelům sdílet zajímavé linky na webové stránky pomocí tohoto portálu. The Eurogene's project objective is to create and develop of high quality didactic material on genetics and sharing these materials between content partners, in 8 languages. The Eurogene's portal will offer all materials about requested genetic themes to its users especially to students. This article describes the creation of portal's ontology and shows material's sources, where the Internet is one of an important source. Therefore we design an annotation tool, which helps users to record information about web pages to Eurogene's portal.
