The dominant source of noise in multi-pair metallic cables is crosstalk when the information capacity is limited dramatically. This article deals with the problems of simulations of far end crosstalk between symmetrical pair in metallic cable. The methods for VDMT modulation and partial crosstalk cancellation are discussed and simulation results are presented. The results for line bounding with and without crosstalk cancellation are presented.
