Dental composites and their mechanical behavior have been studied intensively in last decade. Findings are being used for the dental fillings lifetime improvement in order to prevent fracture of filling, loss of filling and creating of secondary caries on the tooth-filling interface1. Wear properties of dental composites are one of the most important parameters for applicability of materials in modern stomatology. Complementary scratch tests providing a value of friction coefficient can explain wear behavior in more details. Considering a filling as a nanocomposite material an experimental technique has to be sensitive in micro- and nano level.
